GENERAL TERMS📝

♦︎ You must be 18 years old or older to commission me.♦︎ Commissions are generally first come first serve.♦︎ Commission process can last from five days to four months, according to order and complexity. If the process is slower than expected, it is due to health factors or mental issues (PDD) and personal problems. In this case I will contact right away.♦︎ Private commissions that cannot be posted by me will include a fee that is 50% of the commission base price.♦︎ .PSD (source) files are offered at 45% of the commission base price.♦︎ Edits made by others are permitted with the client's approval.♦︎ Please do not commission me if you are at financial risk. Repeated immediate requests for a refund will result in being blacklisted.♦︎ I have the right to reject any order I feel uncomfortable drawing for any reason. You cannot profit of my illustrations in anyway.♦︎ Prices for Commercial usage are doubled " 2x " from my personal/non-commercial commissions.♦︎ What is considered Commercial Usage: Commissioned artwork published on streaming platforms such as Youtube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram Live, etc.♦︎ As the client you have full ownership of the image you buy for personal use, but please be sure to credit me as the artist. Removing my signature is strictly prohibited.♦︎Unless it was discussed, I retain all rights of the illustrations I made to promote myself, use in portfolios and platforms. And I will deliver a 100℅ refund if I don't provide any updates for more than 4 months. But be aware that I cannot deliver a refund once I start the commission.♦︎ Will apply paypal fee to the total price.♦︎ The payment must be sent through PayPal.

REFUNDS💰

♦︎ Full refunds can be requested before sketching is started. After that there will be no refunds.♦︎ Insisting on getting a complete refund after the sketching phase is started or completed will lead to you being blacklisted.

ARTWORK PROCESS🎨

♦︎I begin sketching after payment is received.♦︎The illustrations are usually 3000x3000px 300 dpi at the beginning if you want a bigger or smaller resolution please let me now.♦︎ First I will send a sketch of your request with the information you provided and send it to you watermarked to get you approval.♦︎ After the sketch is approved you will receive constant WIPs(Work in progress) throught the social netwrok you contacted me.♦︎ Details regarding design, pose, and expression must be established before I am paid. Sudden change of mind after sketching in full will cost 20% of the total price for a new sketch.♦︎ In most cases I will stream the process, this way you may ask me to correct right away any mistakes. If you desire your commission to not be streamed please let me know.♦︎ There will be (5) free revisions, and I will send you the screenshots each time throughout the process so you can pinpoint the parts that need to change.♦︎ Any changes beyond sketch will have a value of 5$-30$ depending on the complexity of the change you require.♦︎ Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge.
